Good news! Every Tuesday at 6 p.m., licensed instructor Natalie Pry's Zumba class is of a more moderate intensity. This class is great for anyone looking for a lower intensity class, meaning no jumping, and will have easier to follow routines. "But will I sweat?" Oh yes!!! You WILL sweat!!!
