Natalie Pry

Natalie‚Äôs relationship with fitness began taking shape as a child and young adult through dance. Natalie began experimenting with different home fitness programs such as Turbo Fire,P90x3 and PiYo, which ignited a passion for fitness in Natalie. In the Fall of 2013, Natalie discovered Zumba through Fit with Sandy, and in turn, discovered her love for the group class format. In October of 2015, Natalie was inspired to become licensed PiYo instructor, bringing it to the Fit with Sandy curriculum, then Zumba in 2016.  Natalie hopes that through her classes she can help inspire others to reach and exceed their personal fitness goals and connect with others through a shared love for all things fitness.
